THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE – A COMMITMENT TO ADVICE AND SERVICE

We believe clients need two things from their advisor—advice and service. We continuously invest in resources aimed to enhance our client experience and provide exceptional service with personalized advice.

CORE OBJECTIVES

We believe in a process-driven approach to investment management. Our strategies rely on a structured and repeatable process that combines quantitative screening with in-depth qualitative research.

Our platform was built with flexibility in mind. Whether you prefer mutual funds, ETFs, or individual stocks, we have a competitive lineup of more than 100 sophisticated solutions.

The one constant in life is change. The goal of our investment platform is to adapt and evolve as the needs of our advisors and clients change. We continue to invest in the latest technology, tools and resources to allow for more in-depth research and analysis.

INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

CLIENT FIRST OBJECTIVE & GOAL-ORIENTED

Our client’s needs are at the center of every decision we make. We build solutions that will help our clients achieve their investment objectives, be it growth,
income or capital preservation. Our quantitative scorecard approach to evaluating investments allows us to take an objective view of each position we use.

RISK MANAGMENT
SINGLES & DOUBLES

Robert Kiyosaki famously said, “It’s not how much money you make, but how much you keep, how hard it works for you, and how many generations you
keep it for.” Financial success is not created overnight. It is about focusing on consistency, managing risk and avoiding losses.

RESEARCH DRIVEN

Our goal-oriented approach to investing aligns clients’ money with the clients vision for their life. We focus on managing risk rather than chasing returns and regularly review clients’ investment allocation to ensure it remains aligned with client goals and objectives.

COLLABORATIVE
TEAM-BASED APPROACH

There is not one right way to build an investment portfolio. We believe our team approach, which includes an investment strategist, investment committee and due diligence subcommittee, ensures that individual biases do not influence investment decisions. The team approach also allows for more in-depth research.

OUR INVESTMENT PROCESS

STEP 1 - STRATEGY CONSTRUCTION

We start with asset allocation and construct efficient strategies
from the respective asset classes. These strategies are then
tailored by selecting investment solutions that help provide
investors with financial confidence over time.

STEP 2 - INVESTMENT IMPLEMENTATION

We determine ideal security sizing and establish positions by following the strategy’s risk profile and investment objectives.

STEP 3 - ONGOING MANAGEMENT & MONITORING

In advisory accounts, we monitor every element of the process to ensure we are striving to achieve each client’s individual goals.

This should not be considered forward looking, and does not guarantee the future performance of any investment. All investment are subject to risk, including loss. It is important to review the investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax objectives and liquidity needs before choosing an investment style or manager.

The strategies mentioned may contain Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) and/or Mutual Funds. Investors should carefully consider the ETF and mutual fund investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information and can be obtained from the ETF or Mutual Fund sponsor as well as from your financial advisor. The prospectus should be read carefully before investing.

In a fee-based account clients pay a quarterly fee, based on the level of assets in the account, for the services of a financial advisor as part of an advisory relationship. In deciding to pay a fee rather than commissions, clients should understand that the fee may be higher than a commission alternative during periods of lower trading. Advisory fees are in addition to the internal expenses charged by mutual funds and other investment company securities. To the extent that clients intend to hold these securities, the internal expenses should be included when evaluating the costs of a fee-based account. Clients should periodically re-evaluate whether the use of an asset-based fee continues to be appropriate in servicing their needs. Raymond James investment advisory programs may require a minimum asset level and, depending on your specific investment objectives and financial position, may not be suitable for you. A list of additional considerations, as well as the fee schedule, is available in the firm’s Form ADV Part II as well as the client agreement.

2 The Raymond James equity strategies referenced above are model portfolios available through financial advisors in the Raymond James Ambassador account program. The Core Growth Portfolio and/or Equity Income Portfolio by the Equity Portfolio & Technical Strategy (EPTS) group is a portfolio also available within the Raymond James Research Portfolios (RJRP) platform. EPTS will deliver model portfolio trade instructions through the model delivery system to Raymond James and through email to financial advisors; however, clients should understand that actual trade implementation by Raymond James will be completed prior to financial advisors receiving trade instructions from EPTS. Execution prices for trades placed by financial advisors will likely vary as a result of trade implementation in the model portfolio by Raymond James. This variation in trade implementation may cause the performance of a portfolio implemented by a client’s financial advisor to differ from the performance of the RJRP portfolio.

3The Morningstar strategies referenced above will vary from the Morningstar Managed Portfolios Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) that are offered by the entities within Morningstar’s Investment Management group. For the strategies above, your financial advisor retains discretionary authority rather than the Morningstar SMA manager, and therefore, trades will be executed by your advisor through Raymond James and after the Morningstar Managed Portfolios are traded. Your advisor may or may not choose to act on the recommendations from the Morningstar Managed Portfolio. This variation in trade implementation may cause the performance of the portfolio implemented by a client’s financial advisor to differ from the performance of the Morningstar SMA’s.
